We supply convenience goods and event bundles to UK customers. Prices are in GBP. VAT applies where applicable.

2. Ordering & Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure) may be required.
VAT invoices are issued by email after payment.

3. Delivery

Typical dispatch 1–3 working days for in‑stock items.
Risk passes on delivery. Inspect parcels and report damage within 48 hours.

4. Returns

Unopened items in resale condition may be returned within 14 days. See Refunds & Returns for the process.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the order value except where prohibited by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
