Returns Window
Return unopened, resale‑condition goods within 14 days of delivery. Contact support for an RMA and return address.
Faulty / Damaged
Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos of cartons and labels. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 working days after receipt at our warehouse.
Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty/damaged or we shipped the wrong goods.
