  • Collection Orders: If you choose collection, you must pick up your order within the specified timeframe. Unclaimed orders may be discarded, and refunds may not be issued.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns Eligibility: You can return faulty, damaged, or incorrect items for a full refund. Perishable goods are only eligible for return if they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition.
